Shipping and Return Policy

Can I return an item? If so, how?

Ohana Kava Bar will correct any errors made on our end. If an item needs to be returned for whatever reason you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send a picture of it via email, or messenger, within 7 days of receiving the order. We will correct our error and provide you with a Return Shipping Label and Priority Mail envelope along with the correct product ordered. Please contact customer service by email for help at websales@ohanakavabar.com

 

No returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the sent paper invoice as well as the wrong or missing items received. Any return must be unopened. If a product is opened judgments on returns will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met.

Cancellation fee: If for any reason an order needs to be canceled there is a $10 cancellation processing fee.

 

Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday typically the same day if ordered before noon 12 pm MST and Saturday if ordered before 10 am MST. No shipping on orders placed on Sunday. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee items will always ship the same day if ordered before the stated times above, and once the item ships we have no control over how long it will take to deliver regardless of the chosen shipping method.  Thank you for your business and understanding.
